%X 张仲景用药灵活，配伍严谨，在其著作《金匮要略》中，使用大黄共27次，配合不同药物或用于不同疾病的方剂共22次，余5次为重复用方。与大黄配伍的药物主要为枳实、芒硝、厚朴、甘草、芍药、桃仁、栀子等，证候病机不同，配伍各有所异，用药剂量亦不相同。本文将论述大黄在《金匮要略》方中的配伍运用，以期为临床大黄配伍组方提供借鉴与参考。
Zhang Zhongjing used medicine flexibly and was meticulous in his formulations. In his work “Synopsis of the Golden Chamber”, he used rhubarb 27 times, combined with different drugs or prescriptions for different diseases 22 times, and the remaining 5 times were repeated prescriptions. The main drugs compatible with rhubarb are Citrus aurantium, miscanthus salt, Magnolia officinalis, licorice, peony, peach kernel, Gardenia, etc., with different syndromes and pathogenesis, different compatibility, and different dosages. This article will discuss the combination and application of rhubarb in the formulas of “Synopsis of the Golden Chamber”, aiming to provide reference and guidance for the clinical formulation with rhubarb.
