%X 随着慢性肾脏病的进展，肾性骨病成为了不可避免的一个难题。肾性骨病是本虚标实的病证，临床症状较为复杂，辨证施治多样。其病位在骨，根本在肾。肾病日久，延及肝脾，脏腑虚损，浊湿瘀错杂。故其病性以肝脾肾虚损为本，浊湿瘀为标。不同医家辩证不一，但皆以“肾主骨”为理论依据，以调节肝脾肾三脏为本，兼用泄浊、活血、利湿的方法，或加以针灸穴位疗法，以达到扶正不留邪，祛邪不伤正的目的。
