%X 专精特新制造企业是我国关键核心技术能力提升的重要平台,依托政府、企业、科研院所等协同联动,可以集合各主体优势资源,深化技术研发机制,推动专精特新企业关键核心技术能力提升。在调查研究的基础上,通过分析专精特新企业关键核心技术能力培养现状,发现企业在培养关键核心技术能力时存在创新人才教育培养体系不完善、技术研发机制不健全等问题。结合原有专精特新企业关键核心技术能力培养方式,提出三条核心路径:企业建设人才培养和研发投入机制、政府优化技术创新和人才支持政策、国家强化创新合作和平台建设。
Specialized and special new manufacturing enterprises are an important platform for the improve- ment of key core technological capabilities in our country. Relying on the collaborative interaction of the government, enterprises, scientific research institutes and so on, they can gather the superior resources of the main bodies, deepen the mechanism of technology research and development, and promote the improvement of key core technological capabilities of specialized and special new enterprises. On the basis of investigation and research, through the analysis of the current situation of the cultivation of key core technology ability of specialized and special new enterprises, it is found that there are some problems in the cultivation of key core technology ability of enterprises, such as the imperfect education and training system of innovative talents and the imperfect mechanism of technology research and development. Based on the original key core technology capability training methods of specialized and special new enterprises, three core paths are proposed: Enterprise construction personnel training and R&D investment mechanism, government optimization of technological innovation and talent support policies, and national strengthening of innovation cooperation and platform construction.
