%X 本文旨在研究中国国有企业员工心理健康的现状,分析其成因并提出相应的对策建议。通过文献综述和实证数据,本文揭示了当前国有企业员工在心理健康方面面临的主要问题,如焦虑、抑郁和职业倦怠等。研究发现,这些问题的主要原因包括高强度的工作压力、国有企业特有的管理文化、社会支持系统的不足以及个体心理弹性等。通过对比国内外企业的心理健康管理实践,本文提出了一系列对策建议,包括提高心理健康意识、建立支持系统、改善工作环境、加强企业文化建设以及制定相关政策与制度等,以期为中国国有企业在提升员工心理健康水平方面提供参考。
This paper aims to study the current state of mental health among employees in Chinese state-owned enterprises (SOEs), analyze the causes, and propose corresponding countermeasures. Through literature review and empirical data, the paper reveals the main mental health issues faced by SOE employees, such as anxiety, depression, and occupational burnout. The study finds that the main causes of these problems include high-intensity work pressure, the unique management culture of SOEs, the lack of social support systems, and individual psychological resilience. By comparing the mental health management practices of domestic and foreign enterprises, the paper proposes a series of countermeasures, including raising mental health awareness, establishing support systems, improving the working environment, strengthening corporate culture, and formulating relevant policies and systems. It aims to provide a reference for Chinese SOEs to improve the mental health of their employees.
