This paper explores how to effectively integrate regional red cultural resources into the reform of design courses in colleges and universities, taking the Nantong Great Statue Collection Museum as an example, and analyzes the overview and educational value of regional red culture. The article proposes method strategies for incorporating regional red culture into design courses, including formulating curriculum plans, promoting deep integration between professional courses and interdisciplinary knowledge, and blending online and offline classrooms. Meanwhile, taking the “History of Chinese and Foreign Architecture” course as an example, it elaborates in detail on how to integrate regional red culture into basic design courses. Through field visits, case studies, and other methods, it enhances students’ professional and cultural literacy, inherits the red genes, and promotes patriotism. %K 地域红色文化, %K 课程改革, %K 产教融合
