%X 目的：本研究旨在深入了解淋巴水肿专科护士的工作体验，以期为完善淋巴水肿专科护士临床培训及管理提供参考。方法：通过目的性抽样，选取了九名淋巴水肿专科护士，采用定性研究中的现象学方法进行了面对面的半结构化访谈，并使用Colaizzi内容分析法收集和分析访谈数据。结果：提炼出2个核心主题，正性体验和负性体验，其中正性体验包括3个亚主题，负性体验包括4个亚主题。结论：淋巴水肿专科护士工作态度积极，护士角色多元，同时职业认同感和成就感较高。医院应重视淋巴水肿专科护士的培养并提供相应资源支持，加大淋巴水肿知识的宣传力度，以促进专科发展。
Objective: The aim of this study was to gain an in-depth understanding of the work experience of lymphoedema specialist nurses, with a view to providing reference for improving the clinical training and management of lymphoedema specialist nurses. Methods: Nine lymphoedema specialist nurses were selected through purposive sampling, and face-to-face semi-structured interviews were conducted using the phenomenological approach in qualitative research, and Colaizzi content analysis was used to collect and analyse interview data. Results: Two core themes, positive and negative experiences, were distilled, with positive experiences comprising 3 sub-themes and negative experiences comprising 4 sub-themes. Conclusion: Lymphoedema specialist nurses had positive work attitudes and diverse nurse roles, as well as a high sense of professional identity and achievement. Hospitals should pay attention to the training of lymphoedema specialist nurses and provide appropriate resources to support them, and increase the dissemination of knowledge about lymphoedema in order to promote the development of the specialty.
