%X 党的二十大报告指出坚持以推动高质量发展为主题，而促进农业高质量发展离不开农业产业结构升级，金融发展是促进产业结构升级的关键所在。在数字普惠金融快速发展的背景下，本文基于2011~2022年我国31个省区市面板数据，深入探讨数字普惠金融对农业产业结构升级的影响。研究结果发现，数字普惠金融有助于促进农业产业结构升级，且数字普惠金融的三个维度，即使用深度、覆盖广度和数字化程度均对农业产业结构有显著的促进作用。异质性检验表明，数字普惠金融在西部地区更有助于促进农业产业结构升级。机制检验表明，数字普惠金融可以通过促进农业技术进步实现农业产业结构升级。
The report of the Party’s 20th National Congress pointed out that adhering to the theme of promoting high-quality development, and promoting high-quality agricultural development cannot be separated from the upgrading of agricultural industrial structure, and financial development is the key to promoting the upgrading of industrial structure. In the context of the rapid development of digital inclusive finance, based on the panel data of 31 provinces, regions and municipalities in China from 2011 to 2022, this paper deeply discusses the impact of digital inclusive finance on the upgrading of agricultural industrial structure. The results show that digital inclusive finance helps to promote the upgrading of agricultural industrial structure, and the three dimensions of digital inclusive finance, namely, the depth of use, the breadth of coverage and the degree of digitalization, all have significant promoting effects on the agricultural industrial structure. Heterogeneity test shows that digital inclusive finance is more conducive to promoting the upgrading of agricultural industrial structure in the western region. The mechanism test shows that digital inclusive finance can upgrade the agricultural industrial structure by promoting the progress of agricultural technology.
