The Status of Teachers’ Professional Identity and Its Influencing Factors of Normal Students of English Majors %A 杨会娟 %J Advances in Psychology %P 1-7 %@ 2160-7281 %D 2025 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/ap.2025.151001 %X 为探讨英语专业师范生的教师职业认同现状及影响因素,本研究对138名英语专业师范生进行了问卷调查。研究结果显示:英语专业师范生的教师职业认同整体水平处于中等偏上水平;女生、大四以及农村英语专业师范生的教师职业认同水平较高;影响因素主要受社会、学校、家庭、个人等影响,基于此,本研究得出相关启示。
In order to explore the current situation and influencing factors of teachers’ professional identity of English majors, this study conducted a questionnaire survey on 138 normal students. The results show that the overall level of teachers’ professional identity of English major students is above average. Female students, senior students, and rural English majors have a higher level of teachers’ professional identity. The influencing factors are mainly influenced by society, schools, families, and individuals, based on this, some suggestions are proposed. %K 英语专业, %K 师范生, %K 教师职业认同
