%X 本文以某典型水处理剂及中间体生产企业遗留地块为研究对象开展土壤污染状况调查&#65292;调查结果显示&#65292;地块内土壤中污染物含量均低于GB 36600-2018中第二类用地筛选值&#65292;地下水除氨氮和硫酸盐外其他污染物浓度均低于GB/T 14848-2017中的IV类水标准限值。在地块内地下水不作为饮用水用途的情况下&#65292;无人体健康风险&#65292;未来可规划作为第二类用地开发利用。<br>In this paper, taking a typical water treatment chemical and the remaining site of intermediate production enterprises as the research object, a soil pollution investigation was conducted. The survey results showed that the pollutant content in the soil of the land was lower than the screening value of the second-class land use in GB 36600-2018, and the concentration of other pollutants in the groundwater except for ammonia, nitrogen, and sulfate is lower than the standard limit of class IV water in GB/T 14848-2017. There is no human health risk in the case that the groundwater in the parcel is not used for drinking water, and it can be planned for development and utilization as a second-class land use in the future.
