Niche Travel Immersive Experience that Stimulates Psychological and Emotional Characteristics %A 孙萃苓 %A 罗枫 %A 谭旭 %A 罗永 %A 黄熹 %J Service Science and Management %P 7-17 %@ 2324-7916 %D 2025 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/ssem.2025.141002 %X 当前旅游业蓬勃发展,旅游模式多种多样,在旅游过程中游客心态和情绪体验非常重要,良好的旅游心态和心理可以帮助游客更好地享受旅游过程,提高旅游体验和满意度。借助CiteSpace文献统计分析软件,对国内外小众旅游研究领域相关的6078篇论文进行统计,梳理和分析国内外研究成果、研究热点等;同时进行实验,验证游客心理特质在不同旅游环境场景中对小众旅游消费者决策的影响机制。结果显示,文献和数据结果一致表明:小众旅游环境氛围会导致沉浸感提高,旅游心理特质会直接或间接通过旅游环境体验影响小众旅游沉浸感,特别是在不同旅游环境场景下,游客心理特质对小众旅游消费者决策具有显著的影响。未来,各地应该积极推动小众旅游的文旅深度融合,打造“精、小、特”的小众产品,加强基础设施、服务能力和市场规范建设,在消费心理和消费体验层面,塑造一个诉诸情绪和舒缓心理的温馨旅游胜地。
At present, the tourism industry is booming, and the tourism mode is various. In the process of tourism, the mentality and emotional experience of tourists are very important. A good tourism mentality and psychology can help tourists enjoy the tourism process better and improve the tourism experience and satisfaction. With the help of CiteSpace literature statistical analysis software, 6078 papers related to niche tourism research at home and abroad are counted, and the research results and research hotspots at home and abroad are sorted out and analyzed. At the same time, experiments and brain neural methods were carried out to verify the influence mechanism of tourists’ psychological traits on the decision-making of niche tourism consumers in different tourism environment scenarios. The literature and data results consistently show that the niche tourism environment atmosphere will lead to the improvement of immersion, and the tourism psychological characteristics will directly or indirectly affect the niche tourism immersion through the tourism environment experience. In particular, under different tourism environment scenarios, the psychological characteristics of tourists have a significant impact on the decision-making of niche tourism consumers. In the future, all localities should actively promote the deep integration of culture and tourism in niche tourism, create “refined, small and special” niche products, strengthen the construction of infrastructure, service capacity, and market norms, and create a warm tourist attraction that appeals to emotions and soothes psychology at the level of consumer psychology and consumer experience. %K 小众旅游, %K 游客心理特质, %K 旅游沉浸感, %K CiteSpace, %K 实验研究
