%X 文章从思想角度出发&#65292;旨在探讨地质工作在当代背景下应具备的人才队伍建设。通过分析地质工作在国家发展中的重要意义&#65292;强调了地质工作者应具备的素养&#65292;阐述了思想工作对地质工作者的重要性&#65292;并从人才引进与培养、人才管理、人才激励介绍了地质工作人才队伍建设的途径和方法&#65292;以激励地质工作者为国家的地质事业做出更大的贡献。<br>From an ideological and political point of view, this paper aims to explore the construction of a talented workforce in geological work under the background of the new era. By analyzing the significance of geological work in national development, it emphasizes the literacy that geological workers should possess, explains the importance of thought work for geological workers, and introduces the ways and means of building a talent team of geological workers from talent recruitment and training, talent management, and talent incentive, in order to motivate geological workers to make greater contributions to the country&#8217;s geological work.
