Objective: In this paper, a drying moisture control method of Zhengtianwan fluidized bed was established to realize on-line monitoring of the drying process and monitor the release node of Zhengtianwan moisture endpoint. Methods: The near-infrared spectrum data of multiple batches of Zhengtianwans drying production were collected, and the production nodes were determined by MSPC control technology endpoint release model. Results: The main component score of Zhengtianwan drying production end point and the Hotelling T2 trajectory diagram established could identify the drying end point. Conclusion: The drying end point control chart can identify the changes in the whole drying process of Zhengtianwan, and it is feasible to judge the production end point. %K 正天丸, %K 干燥终点, %K MSPC, %K NIR
