%X 目的:本文建立正天丸流化床干燥水分控制方法,实现对干燥生产过程的在线监控,监控正天丸水分终点放行节点。方法:采集多批次正天丸干燥生产近红外光谱数据,结合MSPC控制技术终点放行模型,实现对生产节点的判定。结果:建立的正天丸干燥生产终点主成分得分和霍特林T2轨迹图可识别干燥终点。结论:将干燥终点控制图可识别正天丸干燥全过程中的变化情况,具备判别生产终点的可行性。
Objective: In this paper, a drying moisture control method of Zhengtianwan fluidized bed was established to realize on-line monitoring of the drying process and monitor the release node of Zhengtianwan moisture endpoint. Methods: The near-infrared spectrum data of multiple batches of Zhengtianwans drying production were collected, and the production nodes were determined by MSPC control technology endpoint release model. Results: The main component score of Zhengtianwan drying production end point and the Hotelling T2 trajectory diagram established could identify the drying end point. Conclusion: The drying end point control chart can identify the changes in the whole drying process of Zhengtianwan, and it is feasible to judge the production end point.
