%X 高校基层党建是我国党建工作的重要组成部分,在高校教学改革过程中,应将课程思政和专业教学有效融合,以提升高校教学质量,巩固高校党建内容。本文结合近年社会工作教学改革和社会工作本科生党支部建设的融合实践,发现高校基层党建工作和社会工作教学深入融合,可以有效提升课程改革质量和成效,提升社会工作专业学生培养质量,同时有助于地区和谐社会的建设。在此基础上,文章提出高校基层党建工作与社会工作教学深度融合的策略:一是充分发挥高校基层党建工作引领示范功能,二是高度重视思政元素与教学内容的有机融合,三是营造高校基层党建工作与教学工作融合的良好环境。
Grassroots party construction in universities is an important component of China’s party construction. In the process of university teaching reform, the integration of ideological and political education in courses and professional teaching should be effectively carried out to improve the quality of teaching in universities and consolidate the content of party construction in universities. This article combines the integration practice of social work teaching reform and undergraduate party branch construction in recent years, and finds that the deep integration of grassroots party construction and social work teaching in universities can effectively improve the quality and effectiveness of curriculum reform, enhance the quality of social work major student training, and contribute to the construction of a harmonious society in the region. On this basis, the article proposes strategies for the deep integration of grassroots party construction and social work teaching in universities: Firstly, fully leverage the leading and exemplary role of grassroots party construction in universities. Secondly, it attaches great importance to the organic integration of ideological and political elements with teaching content. Thirdly, create a favorable environment for the integration of grassroots party construction and teaching work in universities.
