This article mainly discusses the multiple key legal risks faced by live streaming e-commerce and emphasizes the importance of building effective compliance systems. The article provides a comprehensive analysis from three aspects: compliance management framework, specific compliance measures, and implementation and supervision, aiming to provide systematic compliance guidance, reduce legal risks, and adapt to the constantly changing market environment and regulatory requirements.
