%X 规培&#65292;即住院医师规范化培训&#65292;对于规培医师提升临床技能与水平、均衡医疗资源分配、应对社会需求变化、培养高素质的医生、政策要求与职业发展等方面都具有重要意义。提高规培医师自主学习能力、激发其学习的主观能动性是住院医师规范化培训的重要内容&#65292;也是让规培医师从被动接受知识转变为积极寻求知识&#65292;从表面学习深入到本质理解的重要基础。<br>Program training, that is, standardized training for residents, is of great significance for training physicians to improve clinical skills and levels, balance medical resource allocation, respond to changes in social needs, train high-quality doctors, policy requirements and career development. It is an important part of the standardized training for residents to improve their autonomous learning ability and stimulate their subjective initiative in learning. It is also an important basis for them to change from passively accepting knowledge to actively seeking knowledge and from superficial learning to essential understanding.
