The implementation of the “1 + X” certificate system is a major reform and innovation strategy in the 20 articles of vocational education, which has brought a new development direction to the field of vocational education. This paper aims to combine the advantages of the “1 + X” system with the vocational education model, promote the positive transformation of vocational education school-enterprise education, and innovate development paths. This paper first analyzes the problems existing in the current vocational education evaluation system, and then analyzes the specific application of “1 + X” in the secondary vocational talent evaluation system and the ways and methods of “1 + X” in specific application based on the advantages of the “1 + X” certificate system.
