%X 在新时代背景下,乡村振兴战略已成为推动农村发展的重要指引。农村电商,作为一股不可忽视的新兴力量,正逐步改变着农村经济的面貌,为其注入了新的活力与无限机遇。在乡村振兴背景下,农村电商通过整合上下游资源,形成了更为完整、高效的农产品销售产业链。这不仅提升了农产品的附加值,还推动了农村经济的转型升级和可持续发展。基于此,探讨乡村振兴背景下农村电商服务体系建成的路径显得尤为重要。四川省乐山市金口河区作为构建农村电商服务体系的生动实践者,其农村电商服务体系的构建路径为我们提供了宝贵的经验与启示。本文旨在以金口河区的农村电商服务体系建设为例,通过深入分析金口河区农村电商的发展现状和趋势,提出具有针对性和可操作性的政策建议,为相关政策制定和实际操作提供参考。
In the context of the new era, the rural revitalization strategy has emerged as a pivotal guide for promoting rural development. Rural e-commerce, as an emerging force that cannot be ignored, is gradually transforming the landscape of the rural economy, injecting it with new vitality and boundless opportunities. Against the backdrop of rural revitalization, rural e-commerce has integrated upstream and downstream resources to form a more complete and efficient agricultural product sales industrial chain. This not only enhances the added value of agricultural products but also promotes the transformation, upgrading, and sustainable development of the rural economy. Based on this, it is particularly important to explore the path for establishing a rural e-commerce service system in the context of rural revitalization. Jinkouhe District, Leshan City, Sichuan Province, serves as a vivid practitioner in building a rural e-commerce service system, and its path provides valuable experience and inspiration for us. This paper aims to take the construction of the rural e-commerce service system in Jinkouhe District as an example, and through an in-depth analysis of the current development status and trends of rural e-commerce in Jinkouhe District, put forward targeted and actionable policy recommendations to provide references for relevant policy formulation and practical operations.
