%X 近几年，城镇化进程放缓，增速较以前也趋于减缓，我国城市建设的重点也相应地发生着变化。济钢地块作为以前的老城区，他正面临着新一轮的新旧的冲突，旧工业区和新科技的交融，不同年龄段，不同身份，不同面貌，不同职业的人汇聚在了一起，本文通过健康城市的设计理念与城市更新相结合进行改造，从历史肌理、公共空间等角度着手，力求塑造成健康的城市家园。
In recent years, the urbanization process has stopped, and it has been realized that it also tended to strike before, and the focus of urban construction in our country has changed accordingly. As a former old city, the Jigang land parcel is facing a new conflict between the old and the new. The integration of the old industrial area and new technology has brought together people with different positions, identities, appearances and professions. This article through the combination of healthy city design concepts and urban renewal, we strive to create healthy urban homes from the perspectives of historical management and public space.
