%X 未成年人犯罪问题一直都是全球性的社会问题。近年来&#65292;未成年人犯罪案件数量又有抬头的趋势&#65292;恶性刑事案件时有发生。本文从人身危险性理论着手&#65292;通过环境影响的理论推导影响未成年人犯罪的家庭、学校、社会等方面要素。同时基于法理与实践情况&#65292;分析我国在预防未成年人犯罪方面的立法制度、司法实践、社会保护上存在的困境&#65292;寻求使我国预防未成年人犯罪工作更有成效的方法。<br>Juvenile delinquency has long been an issue of global concern. Recent years have witnessed an increase in the number of delinquency cases, joined by occasional vicious crimes. Based on the theories of personal fatalness, this paper aims to deduce the family, school, and social factors on juvenile delinquency from environmental influences. Furthermore, grounded on jurisprudence and corresponding practices, this paper analyzes the challenges faced by China&#8217;s legislation, judicial practices, and social safeguards in preventing juvenile delinquency. All these aim to identify more effective measures to prevent juvenile delinquency in China.
