%X 由于就业市场竞争激烈&#65292;高校的毕业生作为初入职场的新人&#65292;是社会中的特殊群体&#65292;其权益如何得到有效保护面临着众多挑战。但究其根本&#65292;背后原因在于法律适用范围的局限性、执法和监管的不足以及高校毕业生法律意识的薄弱。本文分析了现状及成因&#65292;并提出了针对性对策建议。从完善立法、加强执法监管、提升法律意识及规范企业用工等方面&#65292;力求为高校毕业生提供全面的法律保障。不仅关注就业权益的法律保护&#65292;也从社会和政策层面探讨提升毕业生就业质量的重要性。希望本文的研究成果为高校毕业生权益保障政策的优化提供科学依据。<br>Because of the intense competition in the job market, graduates of colleges and universities, as newcomers to the job market, are a special group in society whose rights and interests are faced with numerous challenges in terms of how they can be effectively protected. However, the fundamental reason behind this lies in the limitations of the scope of application of the law, the insufficiency of law enforcement and supervision, and the weak legal awareness of college graduates. This paper analyses the current situation and causes and puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions. It seeks to provide comprehensive legal protection for college graduates in terms of improving legislation, strengthening law enforcement and supervision, enhancing legal awareness and regulating the employment of enterprises. It not only focuses on the legal protection of employment rights and interests, but also discusses the importance of improving the employment quality of graduates from the social and policy levels. It is hoped that the research results of this paper will provide a scientific basis for the optimization of the policy of protecting the rights and interests of college graduates.
