%X 互联网时代，“流量变现”是短时间内获得暴利的秘诀。许多创作者为了迅速攫取流量，就通过伪造场景、虚假摆拍等手段制作博人眼球的“剧本化”短视频。部分短视频导向不良、乱象频发，是亟待解决的焦点问题。故极有必要定向研究“剧本化”短视频乱象，采用“实证调研”、“文献研究”等多重研究方法，探究当前“剧本化”短视频乱象的成因和法律治理所面临的挑战。从而提出有效解决方案，以积极响应国家政策、回应社会需求，为促进短视频生产健康、良性发展提供理论借鉴。
In the internet era, “monetizing traffic” is the secret to making huge profits in a short time. Many creators, in order to quickly seize traffic, produce “scripted” short videos that attract attention through fabricated scenes and fake setups. Some of these short videos are problematic and lead to chaos, which is a focal issue that needs to be addressed urgently. Therefore, it is extremely necessary to conduct targeted research on the chaos of “scripted” short videos, using multiple research methods such as “empirical research” and “literature research” to explore the causes of the current chaos of “scripted” short videos and the challenges faced in legal governance. Thus, effective solutions can be proposed to actively respond to national policies, meet social needs, and provide theoretical reference for promoting the healthy and positive development of short video production.
