Biofertilizer, often called microbial fertilizer or bio-fertilizer, is a kind of fertilizer containing living microorganisms, which is a green force to promote the sustainable development of China’s agriculture, and plays an important role in improving soil fertility, improving crop quality and reducing environmental pollution. Due to the differences in climate, soil, and crop cultivation structure between the north and south of China, there are differences in the application status and research direction of biofertilizers.
