%X 从“新发展理念”到“高质量发展”再到“新质生产力”，新发展理念形成一条清晰的脉络，共同构建了一个驱动高质量发展的强大引擎。本文基于2012~2022年中国30个省份面板数据，构建人工智能与新质生产力两个综合指标，采用双向固定效应模型实证分析人工智能对新质生产力的影响及潜在的影响机制。研究发现：1) 人工智能显著促进新质生产力发展；2) 机制分析表明，人工智能通过优化产业结构推动新质生产力发展；3) 异质性分析表明在东部与西部地区，人工智能推动新质生产力发展表现尤为突出。最后基于研究结论，提出因地制宜发展新质生产力等建议。
From the “new development concept” to “high-quality development” to “new quality productivity”, the new development concept has formed a clear vein and jointly built a powerful engine to drive high-quality development. Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2012 to 2022, this paper constructs two comprehensive indicators of artificial intelligence and new quality productivity, and empirically analyzes the impact and potential impact mechanism of artificial intelligence on new quality productivity by using a two-way fixed effect model. The results show that: 1) Artificial intelligence significantly promotes the development of new quality productivity; 2) Mechanism analysis shows that artificial intelligence promotes the development of new quality productivity by optimizing the industrial structure; 3) Heterogeneity analysis shows that in the eastern and western regions, the development of new quality productivity promoted by artificial intelligence is particularly prominent. Finally, based on the research conclusions, some suggestions are put forward for the development of new quality productivity according to local conditions.
