%X 本文探讨了石油石化行业安全技术发展创新趋势及数智化应用。首先阐述该行业在国民经济中地位重要但生产存在诸多危险因素,接着详细分析了安全发展的六大趋势,包括从局部安全向系统安全转变、多重防护与本质安全化并重等。然后分别介绍了数智化技术(人工智能与机器学习、大数据、物联网、数字孪生技术)在石油石化安全领域的研发与应用情况,如人工智能用于异常工况预测诊断等。最后得出结论,指出行业安全技术沿特定趋势发展,数智化技术能提升安全水平,未来需加大研发投入完善应用以保障行业安全生产与可持续发展。
This paper discusses the development and innovation trends of safety technologies and the application of digital intelligence in the petroleum and petrochemical industry. Firstly, it elaborates that this industry holds an important position in the national economy but there are numerous dangerous factors in its production. Then, it analyzes in detail the six major trends in safety development, including the transformation from local safety to system safety, the equal emphasis on multiple protections and intrinsic safety, etc. Subsequently, it respectively introduces the research and development as well as application situations of digital intelligence technologies (artificial intelligence and machine learning, big data, the Internet of Things, digital twin technology) in the safety field of the petroleum and petrochemical industry, such as the use of artificial intelligence in predicting and diagnosing abnormal working conditions. Finally, it draws the conclusion that the safety technologies in this industry are developing along specific trends, digital intelligence technologies can enhance the safety level, and in the future, it is necessary to increase the investment in research and development and improve the application to ensure the safe production and sustainable development of the industry.
