%X 三叉神经痛是一种以颜面部剧烈疼痛为主要临床表现的脑神经类疾病&#65292;病情迁延不愈&#65292;会严重影响病人的生活质量及身心健康。但当前西药及手术等现代医学疗法存在副作用大、患者依从性差等弊端&#65292;温针灸作为中医特色针法因其疗效好、安全性高、创伤小等优点被广泛应用于临床。故将近年来温针灸治疗三叉神经痛的研究从作用机理、辩证治疗及临床应用三方面展开综述&#65292;发掘温针灸在治疗风火型、风寒型及血瘀型三叉神经痛中均能发挥其独特优势&#65292;且针药灸结合治疗能够显著提升治愈率&#65292;以期为治疗三叉神经痛提供思路与借鉴。<br>Trigeminal neuralgia is a neurological disorder characterized by severe facial pain. The condition persists and can seriously affect the patient&#8217;s quality of life and physical and mental health. However, the current western medicine and surgery and other modern medical treatments have many disadvantages, such as large side effects and poor patient compliance. As a traditional Chinese medicine characteristic acupuncture method, warm acupuncture and moxibustion is widely used in clinical practice because of its good efficacy, high safety, small trauma and other advantages. Therefore, in recent years, the research on warm acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia was reviewed from three aspects: mechanism of action, dialectical treatment and clinical application, and it was found that warm acupuncture and moxibustion can play its unique advantages in the treatment of wind-fire, wind-cold and blood-stasis types of trigeminal neuralgia. Besides, the combination of acupuncture and moxibustion with medicine can significantly improve the cure rate, in order to provide ideas and references for the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia.
