%X 瘢痕疙瘩是皮肤损伤后结缔组织异常增生所致的病理性瘢痕&#65292;常伴疼痛、灼热或瘙痒等症状&#65292;严重可导致畸形或功能受限&#65292;且治疗后复发率高&#65292;对患者心理、生活产生负面影响。瘢痕疙瘩目前最常采用手术治疗&#65292;但单纯切除后复发率较高&#65292;可在术后联合药物、放射等治疗。本文对瘢痕疙瘩术后联合治疗作一综述&#65292;以期为瘢痕疙瘩的临床治疗提供参考。<br>Keloid is a pathological scar caused by abnormal proliferation of connective tissue after skin injury. It is often accompanied by symptoms such as pain, burning or itching, and can seriously lead to deformity or functional limitation. Keloid have a high recurrence rate after treatment, which negatively affects the patient&#8217;s psychology and life. At present, keloid is most commonly treated with surgery, but the recurrence rate is high after simple excision. Therefore, it can be combined with medication, radiation and other treatments after surgery. This article provides a review of postoperative combination therapy for keloids, in order to provide a reference for the clinical treatment of keloid.
