%X 误吸是小肠胶囊内镜的一种罕见但可能引发危重后果的并发症&#65292;常常发生于有吞咽功能障碍的高龄患者&#65292;本文报道了一例无吞咽障碍病史的老年男性患者在吞入胶囊内镜过程中发生误吸&#65292;最终经支气管镜取出胶囊内镜的病例。<br>Aspiration is a rare but potentially critical complication of small bowel capsule endoscopy, which often occurs in elderly patients with swallowing dysfunction. This article reports a case of aspiration in an elderly male patient with no history of dysphagia who experienced aspiration during capsule endoscopy and was eventually removed by bronchoscopy.
