The policy of integration of production and education emphasizes the cooperation between school and enterprise, the construction of dual-teacher team, the construction of multi-level platform system of integration of production and education, and the improvement of incentive measures. In the implementation, vocational colleges and enterprises cooperate to build practical training centers and jointly develop talent training programs, which improves students’ practical ability and employment competitiveness. However, there are also problems, such as the unbalanced integration of industry and education and the need to improve the school-enterprise cooperation mechanism, which lead to the disconnection between what students learn and what society needs, increasing the difficulty of graduates’ employment. The development anxiety of college graduates includes increasing employment pressure, low matching degree of professional skills, limited career development space and self-worth identity crisis. In order to alleviate the anxiety, it is suggested to deepen the school-enterprise cooperation to optimize the curriculum system, improve the construction of double-qualified teachers, establish a flexible and open credit system and academic system, and enhance the social recognition of college graduates.
