This article delves into the teaching practice and exploration of Human Resource Management courses based on the Outcome-Based Education (OBE) concept. It first introduces the characteristics and advantages of the OBE concept, highlighting its potential to stimulate students’ learning interest, enhance teaching quality, and improve students’ learning outcomes. Subsequently, the article analyzes the problems existing in the teaching of Human Resource Management courses, such as the lack of flexibility in teaching objectives, dull teaching design, monotonous course evaluation methods, and the poor quality of teaching resources. In response to these issues, the article proposes teaching suggestions for Human Resource Management courses based on the OBE concept, including setting clear teaching objectives, optimizing teaching process design, adjusting assessment methods, and improving teaching resources. By implementing these measures, it is possible to effectively elevate teaching quality and students’ learning effectiveness, laying a solid foundation for cultivating management talents with core competitiveness.
