%X 本文基于社会心理学视角，对比研究了“内卷”与“躺平”两种社会现象。通过成因分析和心理机制探讨，揭示了内卷现象中的过度竞争与焦虑恐惧，以及躺平现象中的逃避心理与无奈接受。文章进一步对比了这两种现象的异同点，并分析了它们对个体心理、社会关系和社会稳定的影响，从而为理解内卷与躺平现象提供了新视角，也为应对其带来的挑战提供了策略建议。
Based on the perspective of social psychology, this paper compares and contrasts the two social phenomena of “involution” and “lying flat”. By analysing the causes and exploring the psychological mechanisms, it reveals the excessive competition and anxiety in the phenomenon of involution, and the avoidance and helpless acceptance in the phenomenon of lying flat. The article further compares the similarities and differences between the two phenomena and analyses their impact on individual psychology, social relations and social stability, thus providing new perspectives for understanding the phenomena of inward rolling and lying down, as well as strategic suggestions for coping with the challenges they pose.
