%X 全国教育大会指出要将劳动教育作为全面发展教育的重要组成部分,信息化、数字化时代步入,劳动教育的时代内涵得以更新,教育方式产生新要求,劳动教育作为“五育并举”的关键环节内容,高校肩负着新时代教育使命的落实。纵观当前高校应用型人才培养体系,劳动教育课程体系不完善、劳动教育实践平台不完备、劳动教育评价机制不系统等问题,是高校劳动教育面临问题的表现。推动劳动教育融入高校应用型人才培养,要在教育体系优化、教育平台搭建、教育评价体系构建等方面创新发展,进一步明确高校劳动教育的时代意蕴和时代内涵,进一步拓展劳动教育各类平台,构建完整系统的劳动教育评价体系,把劳动教育纳入人才培养全过程,构建德智体美劳全面培养的教育体系。
National Education Conference pointed out that labor education should be an important component of comprehensive education. With the advent of the information and digital age, the connotation of labor education has been updated, and new requirements have emerged for educational methods. Labor education is a key component of the “five educations simultaneously”, and universities shoulder the responsibility of implementing the educational mission of the new era. Looking at the current application-oriented talent cultivation system in higher education, problems such as an incomplete labor education curriculum system, an incomplete labor education practice platform, and an unsystematic labor education evaluation system are manifestations of the problems faced by labor education in higher education. To promote the integration of labor education into the application-oriented talent cultivation system in higher education, innovative development is needed in areas such as optimizing the educational system, building educational platforms, and constructing an evaluation system for labor education. This will further clarify the historical significance and connotation of labor education in higher education and expand the platform for labor education in various fields. A complete and systematic evaluation system for labor education will be established, and labor education will be integrated into the entire process of talent cultivation, thereby building a comprehensive education system that cultivates students’ moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic, and labor qualities.
