%X 炎症性肠病是一种以反复发作的慢性肠道炎症为特征的消化系统疾病&#65292;其发病机制复杂&#65292;尚未完全阐明。近年来&#65292;关于炎症性肠病的研究取得了诸多重要进展。本文将从遗传因素、免疫因素、肠道微生物因素和环境因素等角度出发&#65292;综述IBD发病机制的相关研究进展。<br>Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) is a digestive system disorder characterized by recurrent chronic intestinal inflammation, with a complex pathogenesis that remains not fully understood. In recent years, significant progress has been made in IBD research. This paper reviews the relevant research advances in the pathogenesis of IBD from the perspectives of genetic factors, environmental factors, immune factors, and gut microbiota.
