%X 高校“三全育人”理念作为推进育人理念和育人方式变革的重大命题,深刻回应了落实立德树人根本任务的战略要求。但面对传统思政教育协同育人的机制建设不够健全、过程性育人机制仍有待提升、全方位育人方法仍存在短板等现实困境,高校思政教育情感共同体的构建却蕴含着深远的价值意蕴,包括遵循立德树人的价值原则、深化培根铸魂的育人格局和丰富思政教育情感共同体的话语阐述等,为此,以“全员育人”发挥协同育人合力新格局、以“全过程育人”拓宽共同体的生成境遇、以“全方位育人”拓展育人空间,以期在新时代高校思政教育中发挥出塑造灵魂、培育人才的关键作用。
The concept of “three pronged education” in universities, as a major proposition to promote the transformation of educational concepts and methods, profoundly responds to the strategic requirements of implementing the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talents. However, in the face of practical difficulties such as the inadequate mechanism construction of traditional ideological and political education collaborative education, the need to improve the process oriented education mechanism, and the shortcomings of comprehensive education methods, the construction of the emotional community of ideological and political education in universities contains profound value implications, including following the value principle of cultivating virtue and nurturing people, deepening the education pattern of cultivating bacon and soul, and enriching the discourse of the emotional community of ideological and political education. Therefore, a new pattern of collaborative education should be created by “educating all personnel”, the generation of the community should be expanded by “educating throughout the process”, and the education space should be expanded by “educating in all aspects”, in order to play a key role in shaping souls and cultivating talents in ideological and political education in universities in the new era.
