Realistic Dilemmas and Coping Strategies of College Students’ Mental Health Education in the New Era %A 林琳 %A 张苗苗 %J Advances in Psychology %P 526-532 %@ 2160-7281 %D 2024 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/ap.2024.1412917 %X 大学生心理健康教育是促进大学生形成健全的人格,提升其情绪管理能力、自我认知能力和社会适应能力的教育活动。当前,大学生心理健康教育面临着大学生缺少对心理问题的正确认识、心理健康教育方式单一、心理危机干预效果欠佳、师资力量不足且专业性不强,以及缺乏家校社合作等困境。对此,高校应当引导大学生正视心理问题,全面了解大学生的心理需求,加强心理健康教育教师队伍建设,完善心理健康教育的干预与评价机制,创新心理健康教育的方式与手段,加强家校社合作,从而不断增强大学生心理健康教育的质量与效果,促进大学生心理健康发展和个人全面发展。
College students’ mental health education is an educational activity to promote college students to form a sound personality and improve their emotional management ability, self-cognition ability and social adaptability. At present, college students’ mental health education is faced with difficulties, such as lack of correct understanding of psychological problems, single mental health education mode, poor effect of psychological crisis intervention, insufficient and professional teachers, and lack of cooperation between family, school and community. In this regard, colleges and universities should guide college students to face psychological problems, fully understand their psychological needs, strengthen the construction of mental health education teachers, improve the intervention and evaluation mechanism of mental health education, innovate the ways and means of mental health education, and strengthen the cooperation between family, school and community, so as to continuously enhance the quality and effect of mental health education for college students and promote college students’ mental health development and individual all-round development. %K 大学生, %K 心理健康教育, %K 现实困境, %K 应对策略
