%X 胃癌作为世界范围内第五位的常见肿瘤&#65292;常常威胁人类生命健康&#65292;大量研究证明中医中药对于胃癌的诊治有明显优势&#65292;本文基于《黄帝内经》脾胃之生理探讨胃癌的防治策略&#65292;深入探讨李艺教授在&#8220;扶正祛邪&#8221;的总治则指导下&#65292;以脾胃为病位的胃癌具体诊治思路。<br>As the fifth most common tumor in the world, gastric cancer often threatens human life and health, and a large number of studies have proved that traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has obvious advantages in the diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer. This paper explores the prevention and treatment strategy of gastric cancer based on the physiology of spleen and stomach in The Yellow Emperor&#8217;s Classic of Internal Medicine, and discusses in depth the specific diagnosis and treatment ideas of gastric cancer based on Prof. Li Yi&#8217;s principle of &#8220;strengthening the body resistance to eliminate pathogenic factors&#8221;.
