%X 随着全球航空业的快速发展,航空情报服务需求显著增加,其及时性、准确性和完整性直接影响航空飞行安全。因此,从业务连续性管理和航空情报自动化设备服务质量的角度来规划和设计持续的航空情报服务功能和性能,已成为当前航空情报服务的重要挑战。文章旨在基于业务连续性深入分析航空情报工作中的风险,为行业提供有效的风险管理策略建议。首先,文章介绍了航空情报工作的基本概念及其在保障航空安全中的关键作用,并通过系统识别与分类航空情报流程中可能面临的风险,构建了全面的风险评估框架。在此基础上,文章结合定性与定量分析方法进行风险评估,并提出了相应的风险应对策略。最后,通过具体案例验证了所提风险分析方法的实用性和有效性。研究结果表明,综合的风险管理策略能够有效降低航空情报工作的风险,保障航空业务的连续性和安全性。
With the rapid development of the global aviation industry, the demand for aeronautical intelligence services has increased significantly, and their timeliness, accuracy and completeness have a direct impact on aviation flight safety. Therefore, planning and designing continuous aeronautical intelligence service functions and performance from the perspectives of business continuity management and service quality of aeronautical intelligence automation equipment has become an important challenge for current aeronautical intelligence services. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the risks in aviation intelligence work in depth based on business continuity, and to provide the industry with effective risk management strategy suggestions. First of all, this paper introduces the basic concept of aviation intelligence work and its key role in safeguarding aviation safety, and builds a comprehensive risk assessment framework by systematically identifying and categorizing the risks that may be faced in the aviation intelligence process. On this basis, this paper combines qualitative and quantitative analysis methods for risk assessment and proposes corresponding risk response strategies. Finally, the practicality and effectiveness of the proposed risk analysis methods are verified through specific cases. The research results show that the comprehensive risk management strategy can effectively reduce the risk of aviation intelligence work and guarantee the continuity and safety of aviation business.
