%X 新中国成立70年以来,我国实现了从站起来到富起来再到强起来的伟大飞跃。步入新时代,随着社会的发展,人们越发追求高质量的生活,社会福利的内容也在不断的充实与丰富。本文以改革开放70年来妇女福利的演变为切入口,得出现阶段妇女福利在法律保障、劳动就业保障、综合地位、社会保障等方面整体上取得不错的成绩,但依然需要注意到妇女发展存在发展不平衡不充分、就业与职业发展空间不足、女性工作量多负担较重的问题。为进一步完善妇女福利的发展,需要在发展中保障和改善妇女福利,转变妇女福利发展理念,增强男性家庭照顾责任意识,以此更好地体现妇女福利对妇女特有权益的保障。
Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China 70 years ago, our country has achieved a great leap from standing up to becoming rich and powerful. In the new era, with the development of society, people are increasingly pursuing high-quality life, and the content of social welfare is constantly being enriched and improved. This paper takes the evolution of women’s welfare in the past 70 years of reform and opening up as an entry point, showing that women’s welfare has achieved good overall results in legal protection, employment security, comprehensive status, and social security in the current stage. However, it is still necessary to pay attention to the problems of uneven and insufficient development, insufficient employment and career development space, and heavier workload and burden for women. In order to further improve women’s welfare, it is necessary to ensure and improve women’s welfare in development, transform the concept of women’s welfare and development, enhance the awareness of male family care responsibility, so as to better fulfill the role of women’s welfare in protecting the special rights of women.
