In recent years, with the sustained economic growth of the African continent, Tanzania, as one of the important countries in East Africa, has gradually become a hot spot for Chinese corporate investment. The Tanzanian government’s commitment to improving transportation, energy, and communication infrastructure has demonstrated significant investment potential, bringing unprecedented opportunities to the construction contracting industry, but also encountering many risks. This article combines the East African crude oil pipeline export project (EACOP) to analyze the risks that Chinese enterprises may encounter in engineering construction in Tanzania, and proposes different methods to prevent risks in the pre investment and post investment stages, hoping to provide some reference for Chinese enterprises that have already or will soon carry out engineering investment and construction in Tanzania. %K 国际项目, %K 投资, %K 风险, %K 减轻
