%X 本文聚焦农村学校资源库建设这一重要议题。首先阐述了其背景与意义&#65292;背景方面可能涉及农村教育发展的需求等&#65292;意义在于提升农村教育质量、促进教育公平等。接着分析了农村学校资源库的现状&#65292;包括硬件设施薄弱、资源数量不足、质量参差不齐以及共享程度低等问题。随后指出存在的问题&#65292;如资金投入不足、专业人才短缺、教师观念陈旧和资源管理不善。最后提出了一系列建设策略&#65292;涵盖加大资金投入、加强人才培养、转变教师观念、优化资源管理、促进资源共享、开发校本资源、加强与企业合作以及建立评价机制等&#65292;旨在全面推动农村学校资源库的建设与发展&#65292;为农村教育提供更有力的支持。<br>This paper focuses on the important issue of the construction of rural school resource base. Firstly, the background and significance are expounded. The background may involve the needs of rural education development, and the significance lies in improving the quality of rural education and promoting educational equity. Then it analyzes the current situation of rural school resource base, including weak hardware facilities, insufficient resources, uneven quality and low sharing degree. Then it pointed out the existing problems, such as insufficient funding, shortage of professional talents, outdated teacher concepts and poor resource management. Finally, a series of construction strategies are put forward, including increasing capital investment, strengthening personnel training, changing teachers&#8217; concepts, optimizing resource management, promoting resource sharing, developing school-based resources, strengthening cooperation with enterprises and establishing evaluation mechanism, so as to comprehensively promote the construction and development of rural school resource base and provide more powerful support for rural education.
