%X 乡村治理法治化是乡村治理现代化的重要抓手&#65292;是促进新时代乡村全面振兴的必然之举。尽管我国乡村治理法治化进程已取得显著进展&#65292;但在实践中仍面临立法质量有待提升、执法能力存在短板、司法保障力度不足、村民法治意识薄弱等困境。为推动乡村治理法治化高质量发展&#65292;要健全立法体系、增强执法效能、确保司法公正、厚植守法氛围&#65292;积极打造共建共治共享的中国式乡村治理法治化格局。<br>The legalization of rural governance is an important lever for the modernization of rural governance and an inevitable measure to promote the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas in the new era. Although significant progress has been made in the process of legalizing rural governance in China, there are still difficulties in practice, such as the need to improve the quality of legislation, shortcomings in law enforcement capabilities, insufficient judicial protection, and weak legal awareness among villagers. To promote the high-quality development of the rule of law in rural governance, it is necessary to improve the legislative system, enhance law enforcement efficiency, ensure judicial fairness, cultivate a law-abiding atmosphere, and actively create a Chinese style rural governance rule of law pattern of co construction, co governance, and sharing.
