%X 近年来，我国轨道交通事业，特别是高速铁路的建设，取得了令人瞩目的迅速发展，进一步凸显了其在这一领域的重要地位。铁路运输领域的行政监管问题也日益凸显。本文主要通过对铁路监管领域出现的疑难问题进行分析。首先是行刑衔接问题、其次是铁路运输领域出现的立法问题，最后是铁路运输领域行政执法难的问题。并且根据上述三大疑难问题进行剖析，给出可行性建议。
In recent years, the national rail transit field, especially the rapid development of high-speed railway, has further highlighted its important position in this field. The issues pertaining to administrative oversight in the railway sector. Transportation are also increasingly prominent. This paper mainly analyzes the difficult problems in the field of railway supervision. The first is the connection problem of execution, the second is the legislative problem in the field of railway transportation, and the final challenge is the difficulty. problem of administrative law enforcement in the field of railway transportation. And according to the above three difficult problems analysis, give feasible suggestions.
