%X 随着老龄化时代的到来&#65292;一种新兴的专门针对老年人群体的养老诈骗犯罪案件越来越多。养老诈骗犯罪集团有一套专业的诈骗流程和套路&#65292;具有极强的隐蔽性、迷惑性。根据老年人的心理特点和情感需求&#65292;其诈骗手段复杂多变&#65292;具有投资诈骗型、健康养老型和情感需求型&#65292;通常涉案金额大&#65292;危害明显。对此&#65292;有必要通过宣传教育&#65292;提高老年人的防范意识&#65292;健全完善老龄法治体系&#65292;增强对诈骗集团的打击力度&#65292;同时要弘扬尊老敬老的中华美德&#65292;呼吁子女常回家多关心。<br>With the arrival of the aging age, there are increasingly more cases of elderly care fraud specifically targeting the elderly population. The elderly care fraud criminal group has a professional fraud process and routine, which is highly covert and confusing. According to the psychological characteristics and emotional needs of the elderly, their fraudulent methods are complex and varied, including investment fraud, health and elderly care, and emotional needs. Usually, the amount involved is large and the harm is obvious. It is necessary to raise the awareness of prevention among the elderly through publicity and education, improve the legal system for the elderly, enhance the crackdown on fraud groups, and promote the Chinese virtue of respecting and caring for the elderly. At the same time, we call on children to return home and show more care.
