%X 随着中国人口老龄化的加剧，农村空巢老人的养老问题日益凸显。本文立足于健康老龄化背景，深入探讨了社会工作介入农村空巢老人养老问题的必要性与路径。研究发现，农村空巢老人在经济自养、生活保障、政策支持以及精神慰藉等方面面临严峻挑战。文章分析了自我养老能力不足、基本生活未能得到保障、农村养老服务政策不健全以及精神空虚和社交网络薄弱等问题，并提出了相应的社会工作介入策略，包括增强自我养老能力、完善社会保障体系、加强政策制定与执行力度以及构建情感支持系统。本文旨在为缓解农村空巢老人的养老问题提供理论支持和实践指导，推动健康老龄化的实现。
With the aggravation of China’s population aging, the problem of rural empty-nesters’ elderly care is becoming more and more prominent. Based on the background of healthy aging, this paper discusses the necessity and path of social work intervention in the elderly care of rural empty-nesters. The study finds that rural empty-nesters face serious challenges in economic self-support, life security, policy support and spiritual comfort. The article analyzes the problems of insufficient self-supporting ability, unprotected basic life, inadequate rural elderly service policies, spiritual emptiness and weak social networks, and proposes corresponding social work intervention strategies, including enhancing self-supporting ability, improving social security system, strengthening policy formulation and implementation, and constructing emotional support system. This paper aims to provide theoretical support and practical guidance to alleviate the elderly care problems of rural empty-nesters and promote the realization of healthy aging.
