%X 如今，随着互联网及数字技术的普及，人们只需要一部智能手机，连接网络后便可畅通无阻。尽管数字化、智能化科技深入我们生活的方方面面，为人们带来了诸多便利，但同时也给传统的生活方式提出了挑战。不同的人群在使用和接触数字技术上存在着显著的差距，这种数字鸿沟在老年人中尤为明显，他们在与现代科技的互动过程中明显处于弱势地位。因此，在老龄化时代，解决这一鸿沟至关重要。本文探讨了老年人在获取和使用数字技术的具体困境和成因，并提出了有针对性的应对策略，以帮助弥合这一差距。
In today’s world, with the widespread use of the Internet and digital technology, people only need a smartphone and an Internet connection to navigate seamlessly. While digital and intelligent technology has penetrated every aspect of our lives, bringing us many conveniences, it also poses challenges to traditional lifestyles. There is a significant gap in the use and access to digital technology among different groups of people, and this digital divide is particularly evident among the elderly, who are at a clear disadvantage in interacting with modern technology. Therefore, in the aging era, addressing this gap is crucial. This paper explores the specific difficulties and causes of the elderly in accessing and using digital technology and proposes targeted countermeasures to help bridge this gap.
