Research on the Collaborative Promotion of the Educational Effectiveness of the “Great Ideological and Political Course” by the Working Committee %A 焦夷通 %A 王梓瑞 %J Aging Research %P 2628-2633 %@ 2334-3524 %D 2024 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/ar.2024.116385 %X 高校肩负着为国育人、为党育才的重大使命，思想政治工作是决定高校人才培养质量的一项极为关键的核心工作。进入新时代，面对当前全球传播生态变迁和波谲云诡的国际局势，我国高等教育建设必须遵循以立德树人为中心，迫切要求构建全员育人、全过程育人、全方位育人的“三全育人”大思政工作格局。高校教育系统关工委主要由离退休老同志组成，是在高校党委的领导下，关心关爱大学生、教育引导大学生的重要组织。离退休干部是党和国家的宝贵财富，也是协同推进“大思政课”育人效能的重要抓手。各级各类高校应当重视离退休干部在创新育人方式、深化育人成效、改进育人方法中起到的作用，厘清工作思路，拓展工作领域，助力关工委协同推进“大思政课”育人效能，实现新时代思想政治工作守正创新的发展。
Universities shoulder the significant mission of cultivating talents for the country and the Party, and ideological and political work is a crucial core task that determines the quality of talent cultivation in universities. In the face of the changing global communication ecology and the turbulent international situation in the new era, the construction of higher education in China must follow the principle of moral education as the center and urgently require the construction of a “three-pronged education” ideological and political work pattern of educating all personnel, the whole process, and all aspects. The working committee of the higher education system is mainly composed of retired comrades and is an important organization under the leadership of the university party committee, caring for and educating college students. Retired cadres are a valuable asset of the Party and the country, as well as an important lever for promoting the effectiveness of the “Great Ideological and Political Course” in education. Universities at all levels and types should attach importance to the role of retired cadres in innovating education methods, deepening education effectiveness, and improving education methods, clarify work ideas, expand work areas, and assist the relevant working committees in promoting the effectiveness of the “Great Ideological and Political Course” in education, and achieve the innovative development of ideological and political work in the new era. %K 老龄化， %K 关工委， %K “ %K 大思政课” %K ， %K 育人
