%X 伴随着社会的不断发展以及长寿时代的来临&#65292;人口老龄化问题日益突出&#65292;养老问题也愈发严重&#65292;尤其是在农村地区&#65292;随着大量农村青年的外出打工&#65292;农村空心化使得家庭养老功能逐渐弱化&#65292;留守老人群体的养老问题亟待解决。本文通过SWOT分析模型对农村养老机构进行深入研究&#65292;分析其优势、劣势、机会和威胁&#65292;旨在提出农村养老机构发展的可行路径&#65292;为应对日益严峻的农村养老问题贡献一份力量。<br>With the continuous development of society and the advent of the longevity society, the issue of population aging has become increasingly prominent, and the problem of elderly care has become more severe, especially in rural areas. As a large number of rural youth migrate for work, rural depopulation has led to the weakening of family-based elderly care, and the elderly left behind in these areas face urgent care challenges. This paper conducts an in-depth study of rural elderly care institutions using the SWOT analysis model, examining their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. The goal is to propose feasible development pathways for rural elderly care institutions, contributing to solutions for the increasingly serious elderly care issues in rural areas.
