With the increasing aging of the population in China, chronic diseases are slowly “targeting” young people, and the pressure on large hospitals is increasing. In this context, the problem of “difficulty in seeing a doctor” is also exposed. In order to improve this phenomenon, the state has vigorously promoted the development of contracted family doctor services, but the phenomenon of “signing without appointment” is still relatively common. This paper discusses the reasons for the low utilization rate of family doctors’ contracted services from the perspectives of family doctors themselves, residents, and society. The reasons show that family doctors are insufficient, residents lack understanding, and the family doctor system is not perfect. In this regard, this paper puts forward the corresponding optimization paths, namely, strengthening the construction of talent teams, giving full play to the propaganda function of large public hospitals, improving the material procurement system, and breaking the space barriers, in order to improve the utilization rate and give full play to the maximum governance efficiency of the family doctor system. %K 家庭医生, %K 老龄化, %K 卫生服务
