%X 在人口老龄化的背景下，老年人的价值实现问题日益受到社会关注。本文基于积极老龄化的视角，结合马克思主义人的价值理论，深入分析了老年人价值实现对于社会、家庭以及自身都具有重要的现实意义，深入剖析了老年人价值实现所面临的困境，进而提出需要通过树立积极老龄化的社会风气、大力发展“银发经济”、完善老年教育体系和鼓励“银龄行动”四个层面来更好地支持老年人的价值实现，促进老年人的全面发展。
In the context of aging population, the issue of realizing the value of the elderly is increasingly receiving social attention. This article is based on the perspective of active aging and combines Marxist theory of human values to deeply analyze the important practical significance of realizing the value of the elderly for society, families, and oneself. It deeply analyzes the difficulties faced by the realization of the value of the elderly and proposes that it is necessary to better support the realization of the value of the elderly and promote their comprehensive development by establishing a social atmosphere of active aging, vigorously developing the “silver economy”, improving the elderly education system, and encouraging the “silver age action”.
