%X 我国老龄化程度不断加深,推动老年教育高质量发展是实施积极老龄化战略的应有之义。大力开展老年教育有利于推动老年人力资源的开发与利用,促进老年人身体心理双重健康,加强老年群体的意识形态建设,促进我国社会和谐稳定发展。然而,当前老年教育面临着教育资源供给不足、发展不均衡、数字化程度低以及制度体系不完善的现实困境。对此,应当扩大老年教育资源的高标准供给,促进老年教育均衡发展,深入推进数字技术赋能老年教育创新,健全老年教育的法律制度体系,从而实现老年教育高质量发展。
The degree of aging in China is deepening, and it is necessary to promote the high-quality development of education for the elderly to carry out the strategy of active aging. Vigorously carrying out education for the elderly can promote the development and utilization of human resources for the elderly, promote the dual physical and psychological health of the elderly, strengthen the ideological construction of the elderly groups, and promote the social harmony and stable development in China. However, the current education for the elderly is faced with the realistic dilemma of insufficient supply of educational resources, unbalanced development, low degree of digitization and imperfect system. In this regard, we should expand the high-standard supply of education resources for the elderly, promote the balanced development of education for the elderly, further promote the innovation of education for the elderly enabled by digital technology, and improve the legal system of education for the elderly, so as to achieve high-quality development of education for the elderly.
