%X 农村人口老龄化形势愈发严峻&#65292;新型养老服务模式&#8212;&#8212;乡村乐龄学堂应运而生。福建乡村乐龄学堂的实践丰富了农村老年人的文化生活&#65292;满足了他们的精神需要&#65292;取得了很好的成效。本文通过对福建乡村乐龄学堂在实践中面临的困境进行研究分析&#65292;并提出提高工作认知、健全管理制度、多渠道筹集资金、改善基础设施、打造师资培训制度、创新教学方法、关注老年需求、提供参与保障等优化建议&#65292;为乐龄学堂的可持续发展提供新的角度。<br>The situation of population aging in rural areas is becoming increasingly severe, and a new type of elderly care service model, the Rural Elderly School, has emerged. The practice of Fujian Rural Elderly School has enriched the cultural life of rural elderly people, met their spiritual needs, and achieved good results. In this paper, by studying and analyzing the difficulties faced in the practice of Fujian Rural Elderly School and proposing optimization suggestions such as improving work awareness, improving management systems, pooling funds through multiple channels, improving infrastructure, creating teacher training systems, innovating teaching methods, paying attention to the needs of the elderly, and providing participation guarantees, new perspectives are provided for the sustainable development of elderly schools.
